Society expects carmakers to lead the way in electric mobility. But they cannot face this challenge alone. They need to partner with key national, regional and local organisations. Governments are developing integrated systems for greener and smarter mobility:
- By funding new infrastructures to provide car owners with a highly efficient charging network.
- By setting aside dedicated facilities and services, such as parking spaces reserved for electric vehicles and toll-free access to city centres.
- And most importantly, governments are offering financial incentives to electric car buyers in the form of tax breaks and cash-back rebates.
With the participation of the automotive industry and governments, a whole new green economy is emerging. An economy in which infrastructure and network developers, energy companies, and private fleet managers also have an important role to play.
With everyone working together, electric mobility will become a reality sooner than you might imagine.
